Polestar cooperates with Smatrics and Fresh Mobility

Electric car brand Polestar has entered into collaborations with Smatrics and Fresh Mobility in Austria, under which the company is integrating new service offerings into its sales process to provide customers with help with infrastructure and financing.

Thanks to the cooperation with Smatrics, fleet and business customers who opt for a model from the Swedish manufacturer can also request the corresponding charging infrastructure. For this, customers are forwarded directly to Smatrics, which offers everything from project planning and hardware to installation and operation, including apps and charging cards, tariffs and billing, and more. "We provide support for complex decision-making processes, answer all questions about the underlying processes in detail, and accompany companies in the installation of e-charging stations so that they can concentrate on their core business," explains Smatrics Managing Director Hauke Hinrichs.

Together with Fresh Mobility, a consulting company in Austria, Polestar is creating the opportunity for customers to find out about subsidy opportunities in the online sales process. Fresh Mobility even helps Polestar customers prepare and submit subsidy applications. Interested parties can request an initial telephone consultation via Polestar's website or contact the customer center.

The subsidy landscape in the field of electric mobility in Austria is attractive, but extremely complex. "We see it as our task to minimize this complexity and the associated effort for Polestar's customers and to actively support them in determining and processing the optimal subsidies," says Philip Pascal Kalomiris, Managing Director of Fresh Mobility. Polestar Austria CEO Thomas Hörmann on his company's innovations: "True to the motto 'Convenience is everything', we want to offer our customers an all-round package and integrate it into the online ordering process."
