Thanks to an update to BAFA's list of eligible vehicles, the prices of a number of electric models originating from China for the German market are now known, with prices for the MG4 Electric confirmed, but concrete figures are now also available for BYD's BEV trio and the Nio ET7.
First to BYD: As reported, the launch in Germany will be with the all-electric SUV Tang, the e-sedan Han as well as the electric compact SUV Atto 3. The latter will be launched with a 60.5 kWh battery in three trim levels, which will be offered at gross list prices of 42,245 euros (Active trim), 44,625 euros (Comfort) and 47,005 euros (Design) respectively. The BYD Tang comes with an 86.4 kWh battery and is listed from 71,400, while the BYD Han with an 85.4 kWh battery is listed at a minimum of 70,805 euros.
BYD models are listed in lines 40 to 44 of the BAFA list, where all vehicles are designated as model year 2022, which is rather unusual for the market launch so late in the year.
